Eddie Yongo is based in Pittsburgh and is responsible for financial modeling, market intelligence, and business development, as well as fund raising and deal origination, structuring, and execution; he provides Greystone’s clients with nearly twenty years of investment banking, corporate finance, and economic development experience.

Prior to joining Greystone, Eddie was a Project Manager at Pittsburgh Gateways where worked with the management teams of start-up companies to identify and address critical business issues.   Eddie also worked as an Investment Manager Idea Foundry, where he led economic development initiatives with local foundations, universities, community groups, and financial institutions.   

Eddie was previously an investment banker with Deutsche Bank AG where he was responsible for origination and execution in corporate finance and mergers and acquisition across the global transportation sector, focusing on the Logistics, Airports and Ports sub-sector.   Among the transactions that Eddie worked on was the worldwide IPO of Deutsche Post, which raised €6.6 billion; he was selected to lead the multifunction execution, due diligence, and valuation teams.

Eddie is conversant in German, French, and Arabic.
